I am on the moves and of late, web check in is a in thing for traveller. If I being using a windows OS on my laptop, I would have a big headache borrowing printers to print my boarding pass. I’m using Ubuntu Jaunty and it has made my day. Just took the USB connector of any printer, plug in and start printing in seconds. Imy friend however who is a fanatic fan of MS windows Vista is having a hell time printing. He even boot to Windows 7 RC to print but it doesn’t seems to jive with the printer. What I did was plug in any printer, an icon pop up on the panel and I can start printing. As simple as that. Way to go Linux!
