There seems to be some hiccup on Celcom3g! Speed is hell slow! latency is also slow! They have no clue on what is happening! Package subscribed is RM 98/mo.

It seems that TM Net has lost a lot of DACK TCP Packets out there. All out going packets has reached the server but all DACK back from the server ended up in Never-Neverland with Peter Pan and Michael Jackson.
